What we collect
The only personal data we collect through this website is what you choose to submit through our Contact form: your name, company, and email address (required), and optionally a project title, target date, and a short description of what you need. We don’t use tracking cookies, and we don’t collect personal data through browsing alone — see our Cookie Policy for what our analytics tool does collect.
Why we collect it, and our legal basis
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. Our legal basis is your consent (submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries sent to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a working relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by law [exact retention period to be confirmed]. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see “Your rights” below.
Who we share it with
We share submission data with the service providers that make this website work, acting as data processors on our behalf, not as independent controllers: Vercel (hosting), Resend (delivering the email notification your submission generates), and Microsoft 365 (where that email arrives). We don’t sell or share your data with anyone else.
International transfers
Some of our service providers (Vercel, Resend) may process data on servers outside the EEA. Where that happens, it’s covered by their own standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards under GDPR.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or transfer (port) your data, and to object to how we use it.
